The GDAIS Enrollment and Tuition Revenue Guarantee
GDA Integrated Services is so confident in its enrollment
and financial aid models that we are prepared to guarantee
them. Here is how the Enrollment and Tuition Revenue
Guarantee works: A senior GDAIS consultant decides in
conjunction with your institution's senior staff on the
kinds and amounts of GDAIS services required to meet your
enrollment and tuition revenue goals. If we do not meet or
exceed the mutually agreed upon enrollment and net-tuition
revenue goal over a minimum of an eighteen-month
recruitment cycle, we will pay the difference between the
agreed upon, anticipated net-tuition revenue and the actual
revenue.
Why would GDAIS take this risk in such a volatile student recruitment environment?
We do not see it as a risk. For over twenty years, GDAIS
has been successful in meeting a college's objectives in
every case where a college or university client
conscientiously and consistently followed our
advice and utilized some or all of our integrated services.
Instead of purchasing recruitment services from three or
four different vendors, all with different agendas, GDA
Integrated Services offers the full array of student
recruitment services your institution might need. This way,
we can help you construct a very cost-effective
communication flow and ensure your admissions staff is
focusing on the most desirable and interested
prospective students.
What's included?
We design the ideal program around the needs of your
institution. There is no pre-set formula. We will, however,
insist that you purchase a GDAIS service if we feel our
results will be more cost-effective than your current
vendor or the service required is beyond your in-house
capabilities.
A guaranteed program might include any or all of these
services:
- GDAIS mentoring of your admissions staff to train
them in our guaranteed recruitment model.
- GDAIS exclusive three-part student search program that
maximizes the productivity of your direct mail and e-mail campaign.
- GDAIS Telescreening of the senior inquiry pool to identify
those inquiring students who are most desirable and seriously interested
in your institution.
- GDAIS paper and electronic techniques designed to make
one-to-one marketing both manageable and effective.
- GDAIS-developed integrated print and electronic communications
flow that may include print letters and publications; HTML e-mails; mini
Web sites; and chats, including appropriate response mechanisms to convey
the college's key messages and track current interest levels. We believe
successful student recruitment requires an on-going, customized dialogue
with each likely prospective student.
- GDAIS Telerecruiting contact with all "hot prospects," identified
the GDAIS way, to help sustain interest, encourage application and
facilitate yield. As former admissions professionals, these associates
are informed about and comfortable with discussing your institution's
distinctions as well as its financial aid options.
- Depending on the volume and need, GDAIS Telerecruiters will
interview all prospective students after they have received their
financial aid package in order to learn about concerns, if any, and
their other college options.
- GDAIS review of your institution's current financial aid and
merit program and develop, if necessary, a GDAIS financial aid leveraging
matrix.
- Recommended ways of gaining guaranteed visibility in key admissions
markets so that your college enjoys greater prominence long after GDAIS
has completed its mission.
